ADENBORA RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including its original packaging. Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, including for items that are damaged, incomplete, or returned after 14 days of delivery.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
If you don't receive your refund on time, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and, if necessary, your bank.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND EXCHANGES

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted. To return your product, send it to the following address:

Mon pied est 24,1, largeur 10. Globalement chelsea est venu, elles sont vraiment en cuir, ça sent le cuir. Mais je l'ai porté plusieurs fois, j'ai changé les semelles, j'ai tout essayé, je ne peux pas y aller du tout. Sur mon pied large, la chaussure droite ne s'est pas approchée, le doigt et l'os sont un peu écorchés, 2-3 heures et la jambe me fait mal ((je suis vraiment désolé, dans le premier exemple, il n'est pas du tout évident qu'il y aura un tel problème. Le vendeur est bon, sociable, répond toujours, essaie de dire.
