Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including its original packaging. Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, including for items that are damaged, incomplete, or returned after 14 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Fantastic watch. Very well made. No wonder it's a Pagani Design classic!
Very impressive quality for the price. Arrived in Vietnam after around 17 days. The dial is easy to see with white hands and indices. The finishing on the case is great, unfortunately the bracelet still has sharp edges here and there. The lume is average and doesn't last very long, one can only hope Pagani Design would improve the lumes on their watches. All in all I'm happy with my purchase, the watch is well worth the money.
