1. Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products made by adenbora on its website.

2. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance by adenbora. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3. Price

Product prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. adenbora reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the website. The order will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated when the order is placed. adenbora cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for their decision.

7. Warranty

Products are guaranteed to be compliant and free from hidden defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse.

8. Liability

adenbora cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.

Shipping and Returns

ADENBORA RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including its original packaging. Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, including for items that are damaged, incomplete, or returned after 14 days of delivery.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If you don't receive your refund on time, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and, if necessary, your bank.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND EXCHANGES

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Items on sale or on sale are not. We only exchange defective or damaged items. For a replacement, please contact us by email at contactadenbora@gmail.com .

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted. To return your product, send it to the following address:

Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. For items valued over €75, please use a trackable shipping service or insure your shipment, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
